Running Mechanics Professional Level I Foundations and Level II PLAN with Derek Hansen
Running Mechanics Professional with Derek Hansen returns to Reload Physical Therapy and Fitness for this in-person course on the biomechanics, bioenergetics, technical instruction, and program planning methodologies for a broad population of potential athlete, fitness and return-to-play (RTP) clients. Weekend participants will leave with a significant understanding of how to work with the majority of clients to customize, plan and provide sustainable prescriptions for their clients in a logical progressive fashion. This RTP course will also allow an athlete to get back to their original athletic state and improve upon existing running mechanics supported by science and research.
