We understand for many people who are new to physical therapy, that there can be uncertainty around what to expect – that’s why we offer an option for a complementary call with a Physical Therapist to help you with the following:

  1. Help address any specific questions or concerns about your pain/injury

  2. Provide clarity and a second option to determine physical therapy is the best choice for you

  3. Better understand what you can expect during a Physical Therapy Evaluation

After your response is submitted, our Client Care Team will follow up with an email detailing additional information we need from you and get you scheduled.

Please note:

  • Reload Physical Therapy participates with some plans on an out-of-network basis. If you have an Aetna, Anthem BCBS or Cigna plan and would like us to verify any potential benefits, please denote it on the right and we will reach out to confirm your plan details and relay any applicable coverage.

  • Reload does not work with any no-fault/MVA or workers’ compensation cases. For all other insurance plans with out-of-network physical therapy benefits, we can issue superbills upon request. Please speak directly with your member services regarding their superbill policies and potential reimbursement as we cannot assist with any authorizations, approvals, appeals or any other specific policies your carrier may require for submissions.
