Our very own Dr. Joe Lipsky, who is an experienced marathon athlete and physical therapist will share valuable tips and techniques to reduce the risk of injury and enhance your performance while running.

The demands and mechanics of running

What types of injuries occur with running
How to use strength training to create a sustainable kick ass running program
