  • One-on-one physical therapy for 50 minutes with a dedicated physical therapist (no aides)

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING AN EVALUATION?

    1. DISCOVERY AND BACKGROUND INTERVIEW

    We take the time to learn about you, your story, your goals, concerns, difficulties or barriers to progress, your lifestyle, your current program and activities, and more. We know how to overcome pain and improve performance but that isn’t helpful if it doesn’t fit your needs.​

    2. MOVEMENT EXPLORATION

    We will look at how your whole body functions to find opportunities for improvement. From head to toe, we will assess range of motion, strength, endurance, impact tolerance, power, speed, coordination, and skill to get an idea of what can be influencing how your body feels and performs.

    3. DEBRIEF AND GAME PLANNING

    We will discuss with you what we discover about you and what may help. Then we can plan and agree on an approach and program that works with your lifestyle. ​We also provide support when you are not with us. Clients are encouraged to communicate with their physical therapist outside of the session so we know
