Reload’s Kettlebell Collective (02/14/22)

As you know we LOVE the kettlebell, but we love the Kettlebell Community even more. That's why we have decided to kick off Kettlebell Collective: a FREE bi-monthly kettlebell meet up where we swing (or snatch) bells together! KB Collective will be about 30 minutes long, with a movement prep to get you ready to do 100 snatches or swings in 5 minutes. That's right, we will be hosting a community Snatch Test every two weeks from November 1st on.

For those of you that have completed your RKC or SFG, this a great way to stay ready to complete the snatch test at any given time and for those of you that have your eyes on completing the snatch test, this is a great way to prep for the conditioning aspect of the test. More importantly, it's a way for us to all get together and sling bells as a community!

So even if you're not ready for 100 snatches or swings, come and do what you can! It’s all about support and community!

Details:
When: Every other Monday from 1:30 to 2pm EST
Where: Virtually via Zoom or In Person at Reload
What: 100 Swings or Snatches in 5 Minutes
Why: To have some fun while maintaining the level of conditioning needed to complete a snatch test

In person spots are limited, so if you'd like to come to Reload make sure to claim your spot ASAP. Attendance via zoom is not capped, so if you can't make it live, we hope to see you virtually. If you can't make it on the 1st, we will be hosting this event every 2 weeks!
