If you have attended Marty Gallagher’s workshop course at Reload or have been part of our Barbell club, we are inviting you to come back to our Flex Friday (aka our Max Out Day) where we will have a group of 16 people do their one rep max out the 4 main lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, and press. This is something we want to do more on a consistent basis but this will be our first one!
Note: This FREE community event is only available for people who have already gone through our 12 week barbell program or have attended the Marty Gallagher seminar. If you are currently in our Barbell club, but just started, please hold off until the 12 weeks are completed and we run this event back again.
We will send out more details as the event gets closer but our next Flex Friday will be the first Friday of each month from 2:30 pm to 5 pm EST. It will be first come first serve and you must sign up using this link: Sign Up
