Frequently Asked Questions

Kettlebell Club

How long is Kettlebell Club?

The program requires an initial 12 week commitment, however membership is ongoing. Enrollment is on a rolling basis, and clubs meet twice a week at the same time unless otherwise communicated. Each class is 1 hour.

What kind of equipment do I need?

All in-person sessions will have kettlebells provided by the Reload facility. For virtual sessions, participants will need access to their own kettlebells for at-home use. Three kettlebells of different weights are required.

Can I mix between virtual and in-person attendance?

Each small group is limited to 6 people in person and 6 people virtually. You cannot mix and match in-person and virtual attendance.

Can I mix and match different meeting dates and times?

You cannot mix and match any of the dates and times. You will meet with the same group on the same schedule each week.

What is the Skills Assessment?

This is a complementary 50-minute assessment necessary for our team to identify whether you are ready to join Kettlebell Club prior to enrollment. One of our coaches will evaluate your ability to execute the 6 main kettlebell movements (Swing, Clean, Squat, Press, Snatch, and Turkish Get-Up).

If I sign up for virtual attendance, when will I receive the meeting link?

After you have successfully signed up, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the meeting link. The link will also be in the appointment reminder emails, and you will use this same link each week.

What happens if my class falls on a holiday?

In the event that one of your classes falls on a holiday where Reload is closed, your membership will be extended to account for that holiday. You will receive email notification ahead of each holiday closure, as well a reminder from your coach at the prior class.

If I signed up for virtual attendance but I cannot attend one of the classes, will I be able to receive a recording of the class?

No, recordings will not be available for these classes, but you may virtually attend another Kettlebell Club that week. You regular coach and the coach of your substitute class will need to be notified ahead of time in the event of this special attendance.

If I signed up for in-person attendance but I cannot attend one of the classes, will I be able to make it up?

Yes, you may virtually attend your usual class or virtually join another Kettlebell Club that week. Your regular coach and the coach of your substitute class will need to be notified ahead of time in the event of this special attendance.

Am I able to pause my membership?

Our coaches recommend attending Club consistently to maintain progress and see results, however, we understand that might not always be possible. During your first 12 weeks in the program, we can offer a one-time extension of your program if you are going to miss 2 consecutive weeks of classes as long as you notify us at programming@reloadpt.com at least 24 hours in advance for the first missed class.

If you wish to pause membership after the initial 12 weeks, please reach out to our team at programming@reloadpt.com at least 28 days in advance so we can take the appropriate steps prior to the next billing cycle. Please note that a hiatus of 4 months or more will renew the 12-week commitment upon resuming membership.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your membership, please provide 28 days notice by contacting us at programming@reloadpt.com so we can terminate your subscription prior to the next installment collection. There will be no refunds permitted.
