Anyone looking to join one our programs will be required to come in for an assessment. An assessment helps us find the most effective starting point and allows us to build the most appropriate program. Random programming cannot provide sustained progress. The most effective path forward starts with assessing foundations and building on them. These are the best practices we have learned working with everyone from professional athletes to elderly and injured.
YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM WILL BE MONITORED AND PROGRESSED BY DATA TO ENHANCE YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Whether training 1-1 or in a group setting, our coaches will track and progress your strength and conditioning program based on your current performance in order to reach your goals.
