Adrienne earned her B.Sc. in Exercise Physiology and M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition Science from Florida State University, where she also ran Division I Cross Country and Track & Field. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
Adrienne has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, and was strength & conditioning coach for Columbia University’s men’s lightweight rowing team. She taught as lead instructor at Focus Personal Training Institute for five years, equipping students with the exercise science foundation and hands-on skills for successful careers in the fitness industry. She helped 54 college football players prepare for the NFL Combine at the world-renowned EXOS headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. She has also been an active member of the First Principles of Movement community since 2017.
Some of Adrienne’s favorite hobbies include Afro Latin dance, comedy shows, Mets games, hiking, and road biking.
