Hunter is a personal trainer who received his BS in movement science from Pennsylvania State University and MS in exercise physiology from Hofstra University. During this time, Hunter worked with Division One and professional level athletes. During Hunter’s career working as a private trainer in NYC he has realized that the driven individuals in front of him had athletic aspirations, but were restricted by past injuries or surgeries. This led Hunter in pursuit of continuing education that could bridge the gap between performance and rehabilitation to better serve them. This allows him to develop programs to be completely unique to each client. Whatever the goal may be, Hunter will devise a plan to conquer it.

We came together because we know where the state of healthcare is not and how we need to raise the status quo because right now healthcare is not providing what it needs to its community members.

We are filling the gap in rehab and performance by providing real time dynamic feedback on how to improve movement and ultimately improve your performance.

We take the lead on your health and fitness and quarterback your care by communicating with all the members of your team to ensure everyone is on the same page working towards your goals.

We take a comprehensive approach, we take into consideration all factors that are going on, not just the area that hurts. There are other factors that can amplify pain or why someone does not exercise. We look at the whole person and all aspects of that person within our scope of practice.
